About Kung Fu

The term Kung Fu has two meanings:


  • Chinese martial art.
  • Skill acquired through constant and persevered practice.

Consequently, kung fu aims to fully develop every aspect of a human being. Based on a philosophy rooted in overcoming self, openness toward others and cooperation, practicing Kung Fu not only improves health and fitness, it provides the most efficient self-defence and self-mastery tools.But in order to achieve results in kung fu and in life, one must practice contantly and with perseverance.
